Review: 'To prepare a dish for oneself, family or friends is a gift for the soul, because food is nature, and Mother knows best. Between the covers of this beautiful book, Flip proves we don't need to go too far from the simplicity of nature to grant ourselves the beauty of delicious plant-based cooking. Every page is filled with the melody of Flip's love of family and food, her attachment to humankind and her wonderful kindness as a human'. Jax Hamilton, Celebrity Chef, Author
