Hilary Mitchell is a partner in Mitchell research which investigates social issues, Maori issues and access to servies , and prepares reports for many clients including the Waitangi Tribunal. Hilary has been a secondary school teacher and a city councillor. John Mitchell (Ngati Tama, Te Ati Awa, Ngati Toa, Taranaki Tuturu, Ngati Kinohaka) is a parnter with Hilary in Mitchell research. He has worked on Maori issues with organisations including the Crown Forestry Rental Trust, Treaty of Waitangi Fisheries Commission, and the Federation of Maori Authorities for over Twenty Five years.
